2007 Shelter Island 10k

My first ever 10k! The crew of people who joined in the fun were Yizbie, Xyla, Jenn, Ingo, Immo and Nina. Everyone ran a great race! I managed to do a little better than I thought, 55:30 (9:00/mi).
